No Experience is not the real problem

Most people wait for the “perfect opportunity” to get experience.
But experience doesn’t come like that.
It’s already around you: college projects, internships, community work, small freelance tasks, and hackathons.
None of it feels big in the beginning. But that’s exactly where real learning happens, working with people, handling deadlines, making mistakes, and figuring things out.
You don’t build skills by waiting for a role. You build them by doing small things consistently.
Experience is not something you get later.
It’s something you start building now.
