From Prompt to Publishable Content: AI Writing Session at Digiperform Noida
On 8 September, I had the opportunity to conduct a hands on session at Digiperform’s Noida Centre on “How to Write Content for Your Website & Social Media.”
The session was structured around six practical steps, from understanding why AI writing matters to creating a prompt and turning the output into content you can actually use.
What We Covered
1. Why AI Writing Matters
We looked at how AI can help reduce the time required to create a first draft. But getting useful output depends on knowing how to communicate clearly with the AI.
2. Prompt Engineering Basics
We introduced the RTCF framework:
Role: Who should the AI act as?
Task: What exactly do you want it to do?
Context: What background information matters?
Format: How should the output look?
We also compared a vague prompt with an RTCF based prompt to see how specific instructions can produce more focused and ready to use content.
3. Six Free AI Tools
We explored six tools and their practical use cases:
• ChatGPT: Quick captions, ideas and content
• Claude: Long form blogs and website pages
• Gemini: Writing and research within Gmail and Google Docs
• Perplexity: Research with linked sources
• Quillbot: Rewriting and simplifying existing content
• Grammarly: Grammar, clarity and tone checks
4. Website and Social Media Copy
We discussed how content changes depending on where it will be published and why a landing page and a social media caption should not be approached in exactly the same way.
5. Live Hands-On Challenge
Participants picked a topic, created their own Role + Task + Context + Format prompt, tested it in an AI tool, and then edited the output to make it sound more like them.
6. Golden Rules Before Trusting AI Output
→ Never copy-paste blindly: Fact-check names, numbers, and dates.
→ Do not be vague: Mention your audience, tone, and length.
→ Keep your voice: Edit the draft so it sounds like you or your brand.
→ Do not stop at draft one: Refine, shorten, change the tone, and try again.
Key Takeaway
A good prompt = Role + Task + Context + Format.
AI can create the first draft, but you make it accurate, relevant, and human.
I’ve also shared the session PDF for anyone who wants to revisit the agenda, RTCF framework, examples, AI tools, live challenge, and key takeaways.

If you attended the session, feel free to share the prompt you created during the live challenge.
And if you have any doubts or questions about the session, RTCF framework, prompt engineering, or AI content creation, feel free to ask in the comments.
Thank you to the Digiperform team for hosting the session and making it interactive.
