Collab Space
project collaboration (quick tip)
useful places to find people:
tried collaborating with a few people recently and realised one simple thing
most projects don’t fail because of skills they fail because no one defines basics
now before starting, i just ask:
who is doing what
how much time we can give
and for how many days we try
also instead of “let’s collaborate”
i say “let’s build this in 3 days”
works much better
small clarity → better collaboration → real progress
