Everyone is talking about opportunities. That’s not the real issue.

Companies are not short of “applicants.” They are short of people who can actually take a task and complete it without hand-holding.

And on the other side, most people are not short of effort. They are just stuck in learning mode — courses, tutorials, certificates — but no real exposure to how work actually happens.

That gap is the real problem.

Knowing a tool is not the same as using it in a real project. And being “aware” of something is not the same as delivering under deadlines and expectations.

At some point, more information stops helping.

What actually changes things is getting closer to real work.
