Twenty minutes, no code, reusable every week.
Step 1 Extract. Do not write.
Here's a long post I wrote. Do not write anything new. List every distinct idea in it on a separate line, and mark each as a claim, a story, a number, or a how-to step. Output as a table.
Read the table. If an idea you care about is missing, your original buried it fix that before going further.
Step 2 Assign. Still do not write.
From that table, pick the 5 items with the highest standalone value meaning they work for someone who never read the original. Name the single best platform for each and why, in one line.
This is the step everyone skips. It's exactly why repurposing usually produces mush.
Step 3 Write. One at a time.
Write item 1 only, for [platform]. Under [length]. Don't use "excited", "thrilled", "journey", "game-changer", "unlock", "leverage". Hook in the first line. One CTA.
One at a time matters. Ask for all five together and quality collapses after the second.
Run it and post your Step 1 table below. I want to see whether your last long post actually contained five separate ideas, or one idea said five ways. Most contain one. Mine did.
Why this drives posting: the ask is for output from a process they just ran, not for an original thought. Far easier to say yes to.
