Been building my startup for 6 months and I wasted the first 3 on the wrong tools.

The problem: Everyone recommends tools that work for funded startups. As a solo founder with zero budget, I needed things that are free or cheap — and actually work.

After months of trial and error, here's my actual lean founder stack:

My Lean Founder Stack (2024)

Free or under ₹2000/month. Actually useful.

• Notion — everything: docs, roadmap, investor updates
• Brevo — email marketing, free upto 300 emails/day
• Tally — forms and waitlists, looks premium, free
• Figma — product design, free tier is enough early on
• Claude AI — market research, copy, pitch decks in minutes
• OneShopAI Community — finding co-founders + early users
• The biggest unlock for me was stopping the "perfect tools" trap.

You don't need a ₹50,000/month stack. You need clarity on what you're building and 4-5 tools that don't get in your way.
