💰 REVENUE STRUCTURE

Ads revenue → P0 (Developer/Creator)

P0 will handle the ongoing server, API, hosting, maintenance and technical infrastructure costs required to keep MindFresh running.

In-app purchases and other payment revenue → 20% each for all 5 members, subject to the final written agreement and agreed business expenses/reinvestment.

🤝 NO FIXED SALARY

This is an early-stage project, so there is no guaranteed salary initially.

Everyone joins voluntarily because they believe they can contribute and help MindFresh grow.

No one is forced to join. If you don't believe you can contribute, that's completely okay.

🔐 TRUST & MONEY RULE

Trust is extremely important to MindFresh.

MindFresh may provide approved personal/team funds for legitimate expenses when agreed by the team.

However, project money given to a member for a specific task must be used only for that task.

If someone is trusted with MindFresh money for a specific project expense and they:

• Keep the money without completing the agreed task

• Use it for an unauthorized purpose

• Hide the money or intentionally refuse to return it

• Steal or misuse project funds

then strict action will be taken according to the written team agreement and applicable law.

This may include removal from the team, withdrawal of access to project resources, seeking repayment, and other appropriate remedies.

Personal/team funds approved by MindFresh are different from entrusted project funds.

Every member must agree to:

• Be honest and trustworthy

• Not cheat or intentionally mislead other members

• Not steal or misuse project assets, accounts or money

• Be transparent about important project matters

• Respect other members

• Keep agreed confidential information private

• Follow the written team agreement
