đź’¬ Got My First Brutal Product Feedback Today

I shared my product with a few users today.
Honestly, I expected appreciation…
But got something better — honest feedback.
One user said:
“I don’t understand what this does.”
That hit hard.
Because in my head, everything was clear.
But for a new user, it was confusing.
Another said:
“I wouldn’t pay for this.”
Again, tough to hear.
But that’s the reality I needed.
Big realization:
Your product is not what you think it is
It’s what users experience it as
What I learned today:
If users are confused, it’s not their fault
If they don’t see value, you haven’t shown it
Feedback > assumptions
If you’re building something:
Don’t avoid feedback because it feels uncomfortable.
That discomfort is where real improvement happens.
Still building.
Now building smarter. 🚀
