Exploring New Opportunities in HR

I’m Chanchal Beniwal, an HR professional with 2.5+ years of experience in Human Resources, currently exploring new opportunities in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Executive, and HRBP roles.

I have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, onboarding & offboarding, employee engagement, HRMS, attendance & leave management, payroll coordination, employee relations, grievance handling, and HR reporting. I’ve also worked closely with hiring managers and senior management in a fast-paced, growing organization.

I’m currently looking for full-time or part-time opportunities, preferably in Delhi/Delhi NCR or remote. I’m also open to opportunities with startups, growth-stage companies, and technology/product-based organizations.
