Didn’t Expect AI to Be This Relevant to Retail

I’m currently in my 3rd year of Retail & Fashion, and honestly, I used to think AI was mostly about tech and coding.

But while exploring how the retail industry is changing, I’ve started noticing AI everywhere — from customer insights and personalization to marketing, e-commerce and product discovery.

Recently, I came across OneShopAI Community and spent some time exploring it.

What I liked was being able to discover AI tools, events, learning resources and opportunities without jumping between different platforms.

It also made me realize that as a retail student, learning how to use AI alongside retail skills could become a real advantage.

Still exploring, but definitely something I’m going to keep an eye on.
